Studio City
Studio City is a 3D city that kids explore and build together in the browser, either on their own or in a private city shared with friends or their class. Fly drones on delivery and race missions, design and build homes, make music, films, art and games, and work jobs across the districts.
Play on your own
Choose Play solo on this device, type a name and enter the city. Solo cities save only in this browser on this device.
Start a city together
Pick Play with friends → Create a new city. Then Menu → Invite friends gives a code, QR and link. Friends' cities are saved on our server.
Join your class
Choose Join a class, enter your name and the classroom code your teacher gives you, then pick your program.
Controls
- Move
- WASD or arrow keys · Shift to sprint · Space to jump
- Look
- Click the world to look with the mouse (Esc releases it)
- Use
- E for doors, people, jobs and vehicles

- V first/third person · F recenter · P photo

- Space up · Shift down · R return home

- Left joystick to move, drag to look, on-screen jump and interact buttons
Crews
Make a crew of up to four inside the city: tap 👥 and invite a friend. Parties are short-term teams with a shared waypoint and shared jobs.
Studio City has its own in-game credits. They stay in Studio City and are separate from Passport Bolts.
